This view is looking south west from the new intersection of Oxford Tce and Antigua St. The building on the left is the new Christchurch Outpatients Building where Trademark completed all the hard landscaping elements, with Christchurch Hospital to the right. The foreground features ground preparation for fibre-reinforced concrete pads. Once installed, these will be covered with basalt and granite pavers to form shared-use paths and carpark bays. The coloured concrete bands in the middle of the image form a new pedestrian crossing between the hospital and outpatients sites. The background shows our paving installation in progress, with the single traffic lane being prepped out towards Riccarton Ave and South Hagley Park.

This image is taken from above Oxford Tce looking east, with a new roundabout forming the intersection with Antigua St. The Avon River and Boat Shed are just visible in the top left corner. Trademark Paving has built the roundabout apron and pedestrian crossings in sandblasted concrete. The roundabout is in-filled it with Firth bush-hammered Holland setts. The pedestrian paths around the outside of the roundabout feature granite and basalt pavers with inset concrete tactile pavers sitting over fibre-reinforced pads. All these elements have been placed by Trademark Paving.

This bird’s-eye view of the central pedestrian crossing highlights the two-colour bands of sand-blasted concrete Trademark has installed. The image shows tactile studs and directions being installed into the concrete. The top-right of the image shows the colour pattern created by the three types of paver units. This is in keeping with the detailed landscaping design put together by Jasmax. In this image the pavers are being grouted.

This shot is taken from above the intersection of Oxford Tce and Antigua St, looking south down the new Antigua St roading layout. The Health Research and Education Facility building (eastern side of the road), the roading itself, and the Outpatients Building (west) have all had decorative concrete and hard landscaping works completed by Trademark Paving this year.
